On August 18th morning, Deputy Minister of Provincial Organization Department Yu Gang came to the Group to investigate and research accompanied by Secretary of Jining Municipal Committee of the CPC Mr. Sun Shougang. Jining Municipal Committee Minister of Organization Department Dong Shuhua, Secretary of Yanzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC Tian Zhifeng, Mayor Zhang Yuhua, and the Group Chairman Niu Yishun and Executive Director Niu Teng welcomed them.
Yu Gang visited the steel cord workshop, tire workshop and Hixih Home. During the visiting process, the Group clean ecological park, the world's top manufacturing equipment, efficient and orderly production management and project construction to left a deep impression to Yu Gang. She asked the Chairman about the operation and some new projects. When knowing the Group made great achievements in the financial crisis, in this year investing 10 billion yuan on 8 big projects, Yu Gang praised again and again.
In the ensuing discussion, the Chairman reported the development process of operating conditions to Yu Gang, and to attract, develop, use the talent and other work. He said, from the more than 20 years’ establishment, Hixih Group has achieved a rapid development, high-tech development, joint with three Fortune 500 companies to have strong cooperation and be to an international enterprise group. In this process, we actively promote the implementation of human resources strategy, through concept to keep people with emotion, pay and other conditions, to attract a large number of talents with international vision and advanced technology concepts, providing a strong personnel support. Executive Directo Mr. Niu Teng introduced operation and use of personnel recruitment of Shanhai Investment Company.
