In the spring of the year, the development is pressing. On February 8th, the sixth day of the first lunar month, the Group held the management meeting at the sixth floor meeting room. The Chairman made an important speech at the meeting. He arranged the major work in 2011 of the Group, to mobilize the employees work actively, with the sense of responsibility to build a hundred years of Hixih.

First of all, the Chairman said, with the joint efforts we had a peaceful, civilized and safe Spring Festival, which is inseparable from everyone here, and hoped in the future we should continue to carry out this fine tradition.

Subsequently, the Chairman according the target of the new projects put forward specific demands on concrete time. About the combined heat and power generation project, we should focus on doing the heat pipe laying work, outside interface and the installation of boiler, steam turbine and generator, to ensure the power generation before May; DPF was a low carbon environmental protection project, and we should grasp this golden opportunity of development. Much work has been done before the Spring Festival. At the next step according to the way of "walking with two legs", and actively do marketing promotion well. This is the most important work in 2011, so we should attach great importance to action; High-pressure hose project are speeding up installation, at the same time, to organize sales team to achieve "produce the product, hit the market"; about the steel expansion project, ensure that the equipment arrival before "May 1st", put into production before "July 1st", to meet the Goodyear plant in the world supply of steel wire rope, while actively looking for partners to achieve powerful combination; about steel cord,  speed up the progress of installation and the project to ensure the production before "July 1st"; the expansion project of motorcycle tires, car tires truck tires, to co-ordinate arrangements and accelerate progress to ensure the completion before "May 1st" and production before "July 1st"; about the real estate, we should speed up the procedures and construction schedule, in particular, to accelerate the construction of central business district, and to strive to cover the roof before "July 1st" and stay at the end of the year, and to become a bright spot in Yanzhou, even Southwest. At the same time, we should attract and train talents to lay a foundation for the projects outside; Shanghai Investment Company chose to invest on water conservancy construction which was supported by the central policy, in the right direction. China's water conservancy construction is weak, and at the next step, the investment will reach four trillion, with good prospects.

The Chairman pointed that, Hixih Group from its establishment from 1989, always adhered to the vertex position and international perspective, always walked in front of the times and the development, always good  at seizing opportunities. In 2010, we grasped another opportunity to put up some new projects to lay a solid foundation for the future development. The year of 2011 is the first year of the third ten years, so we should make a good start. In 2011, we will face more severe economic environment. And we should focus on IPO. IPO is the inevitable choice and the only way to overcome all obstacles and difficulties, to do everything possible to ensure IPO as soon as possible. This is the major work and the Group should back it. We should carry on greening the park and every staff should participate. Sales managers must continue to carry forward the fine traditions to develop and expand the market.

The Chairman emphasized that, although our Group developed, we could not forget the good tradition and spirit, and we should carry on.
