In the morning of April 12th, the third session of Yanzhou Staff Occupation Skills Competition rubber molding industry competition was held in Hixih, Jining General Union Vice President Li Min, Standing Committee of Yanzhou municipal Party Committee, and Propaganda Minister Chu Jianwei attended the activity, Aneng General Manager Qi Song accompanied the visit.

The third session of Yanzhou Staff Occupation Skills Competition aims to respond to the spirit of notice on the Shandong million workers skills training and competition activity which issued together by Shandong General Labor Union, Shandong Office of human resources and social security and other three departments, to inspire staff’s enthusiasm towards technical skills, improve their technical quality, and construct a high-tech, high-quality personnel team. The competition adopted grouping competition elimination method. During international labor holiday, they will held commendation conference to to commend the winner, winning team and excellent organizational units.

Rubber molding industry competition took the request of national occupation skill standards towards senior workers as the basis, in accordance with the technical requirements of technical requirements of rubber calendering process and calendaring forming process. Hixih Group Yinhe Depreux and Aneng's No. 1, 2 and 3 calender workshop respectively sent a team to participate the competition. The competition was carried out in the way of the combination of theory examination, operation skills contest competition and the on site reply.Finally, Liu Zhiwei from Aneng calender No. 1 workshop won the champion.

This competition fully embodied the open, fair, equal principle, fully mobilized staff’s enthusiasm towards learning and improving skill, further improved the long term mechanism of occupation training, post training and competition, and created a good atmosphere of advocating skills, respecting labor, caring talent, has laid a solid foundation for the construction of high quality, high skills personnel team.
