In the morning of July 2nd, Aneng held rationalization proposals award presentation ceremony in the production department conference room to award those staffs who offered reasonable and effective suggestions in fields of technology innovation, process improvement, quality improvement, production safety, energy conservation, efficiency and other aspects. General Manager Qi Song, heads of relevant workshops and departments and staff representatives attended the ceremony.

Qi Song affirmed the achievements rationalization proposals made in his speech, showed his gratitude for the great support to this event, congratulated awarded staff, and hoped that the majority of employees could offer more reasonable suggestions to the company to improve the management level and promote company development.

The rationalization proposals activity started at the beginning of May, aims to mobilize staffs’ enthusiasm and creativity, encourage employees to participate in company management, through the adoption of rationalization proposals to explore the potential of the enterprise, to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and to promote enterprise development objective. Through solicitation, selection, evaluation, the activity final adopted 121 rationalization proposals.

The activities has effectively mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of staff, collected a lot of valuable experience and advices, dug out the resources which enterprise can make use of and company development potential, has played a good role in promoting production management, enterprise technology innovation, energy consumption and so on.
