In the morning of 17th June, each of 200 Hixih employees received a Skoda car, which is allocated by the company. The employees all have been working in Hixih for more than 10 year and worked very hard. Hixih deputy general manager Zhou Yong expressed his congratulations for the employees and gratitude for their positive contributions to the rapid development of Hixih, also urged everyone to obey traffic rules, do not drunk driving, pay particular attention to the traffic safety.
In previous years, Hixih has allocated cars for middle-level leadership, team leaders and outstanding staff. Based on that, in order to feedback the majority of employees, let them share the enterprise development dividend, from the beginning of this year, Hixih implements a new policy to allocate cars for employees who have been worked for more than ten years in Hixih and some engineers and employees who have made outstanding contributions to Hixih, also Hixih would handle license and insurance and other procedures unified. There are more than 1000 eligible employees this year, and the car expenses is amounted to 100 million yuan, besides the 200 cars, others will be allocated to eligible employees in different batches. From now on, every year, new eligible employees will benefit from the policy, which would be carried on until 2020.
