In order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Group, on July 17 afternoon, the Group held a grand meeting in conference center to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hixih and accelerate development. The Group Chairman, Mr.Niu Yishun, made an important address, and Executive Director Mr. Niu Teng and other leaders above the middle-class about 200 people attended the meeting.
   The Chairman declared firstly, in order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Group, from this month on, all staff will increase 100 yuan per person per month salary. And next, Chairman analyzed the current international and domestic economic situation. He pointed out that since September last year by the U.S. sub-loan crisis triggered by the international financial crisis on the global economy a serious blow. At present, the U.S. economic recession has not yet bottomed out. Our country's economic situation is very grim. Resource consumption and environmental damage-based approach to development has not changed. The economic crisis has given us Hixih to show the opportunity of their own qualities and abilities, many businesses in the recession of the background, our group showing a strong momentum of growth. In the first half of this year, our economic indicator than the same period last year was increased by more than 1 time. This has been achieved, thanks to our forward-looking ideas of the development, high starting point of market position, international operations management, and high-tech product.
   Chairman pointed out that our group from 2003 to now, the development is of high-speed and high-quality, and such a high level of development in China as a whole is very rare. It should be said that we are doing the real economy and the level of capacity in the country is second to none. This year we group are planning event 10, in the first half of year we have completed four, the others will be completed by the end of the year. This 10 event is real work, will play an important role in promoting the next step development of the Group. Do a good job in the real economy, at the same time, we will enter the financial, real estate, investment, securities and other tertiary industries, and hope that we offer advice and suggestions in this regard. Next, we will be the company's listed security as a top priority of the work agenda for 2-3 years with the successful listing.
   Chairman stressed that the economic benefit is the foundation and guarantee of the survival and development of an enterprise. Take various measures to reduce the cost, dig the potential and increase efficiency, and do everything possible to achieve the maximum effectiveness. Finance must do a good job in cost accounting. Purchasing must do price analysis and forecasting of raw materials. Manufacturing must do good job to strict quality and reduce the odds back.
  Chairman pointed out that, extreme weather around the world this year and continuing vicious incident, cadres and employees of enterprises should attach great importance to security work, find a security risk, institute preventive measures, with special attention to water, electricity, housing security issues, ensure there are no casualties.
