At 10:00, on September 16th morning, Celebration of Hixih 20th Anniversary & Turnover Exceed 10 billion conference was held in conference center. Chairman Niu made an important speech and summed up development experience and hoped our company would be a super rubber industry enterprise.
Hixih Group Executive Director Niu Teng, Italy Pirelli Group Global Operation Director Pomati, Veyance Global Technology Director Maguire, and Pirelli Senior Director Tronchetti attended the meeting. Jining Municipal Committee Secretary Sun Shougang, Mayor Zhang Zhenchuan, Yanzhou Municipal Committee Secretary Tian Zhifeng, Mayor Zhang Yuhua and other leaders came to the meeting.

In this notice, it was said that in recent years, Hixih Group had created 10 billion, seized the development opportunities, paid close attention to technological innovation, strengthened internal management difficulties and challenges in responding to rapidly grow and become an advanced manufacturing enterprise. For commending Hixih Group, Jining Municipal Committee and Municipal Government gave Niu Yishun 1 million yuan as a reward. Every department of Jining should learn from Hixih Group to make more contribution.
In the speech, Chairman Niu said: ‘thanks to the 30 years of opening up policy, the care of Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, great support of friends and partners, and 20 years of hard work.’ 20 years of development, we have benefited the most was the joy of success, what impressed me most is: ‘Development is the last word!’
Chairman noted that, in the 20 years, we were good at grasping opportunities and we grasped six golden opportunities. The first leap was in 1989, from the sideline to industry, conveyor belt project launched Hixih brilliant 20-year journey; The second leap was in 1997, we seized the opportunity to reform the national companies, taking the lead in a one-time buyout of enterprise assets, mastering business development of autonomy and decision-making; The third leap was in 1998, we had a joint venture with France Depreux, which had taken the first step in internationalization; The fourth leap was in 2003, we built Hixih Industrial Park, launched tire project, had entered a new stage of rapid development; The fifth leap was in 2005, we had a joint venture with Pirelli, and became the world's best tire manufacturer; The sixth leap was a joint venture in 2008 with Goodyear, as the world's largest output, the highest scientific and technological content, the strongest R & D capabilities of the conveyor belt business.
Chairman emphasized that, in this financial crisis, we were not influenced, but also we made 1.05 billion. This showed that 20 years of Hixih could meet the crisis and challenges, and showed our strong internal cohesion and external integrity and explosive force of development.
Hixih would be under the lead of Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, to make more contribution, not only in economy, but also in environment.
Italy Pirelli Group Global Operation Director Pomati, and Veyance Global Technology Director Maguire confirmed the cooperation with Hixih and decided to expand this relationship to invest in more projects.
Yanzhou Municipal Committee Tian Zhifeng pointed that, in 20 years of Hixih, it had made a new model. And he summed up Hixih development experience to hope that Hixih can be better and better and make more contribution to become famous multinational enterprise.
