---- Group once again dispensed cars and houses for outstanding employees

On the last day of 2009, at 3:00 pm, 30 outstanding employees from the every system of the Group gathered in the car class office. They were pleased to receive the key of the new Jetta sedan from the Group Vice President Zhou Yong and Bu Xiangbin. Earlier the same day, the new houses in the residential area were given to some employees.
In 2009, faced with grim economic situation, under the correct leadership of the chairman of the board, through the joint efforts of the general staff, in production and operation we made the excellent and exciting performance.
The rapid development and high-speed growth in enterprise, in the same time, Group has always been adhering to the "simultaneous development of enterprise and its employees" concept, and enterprise's development results to benefit the general staff. Group not only handled a perfect "five insurance and one fund" to all employees, but also took various measures to create more benefits for employees, so that the general staff could always feel the warmth of Hixih family. Based on consecutive two years in 2007, 2008 dispensed the sedan, in this year, the Group re-purchased 30 new cars for outstanding employees. This time they are technical experts, business backbone and model pacesetter on the various posts in every system. By staff self-recommend, the recommendation of leaders and executives audit, at last confirmed 30 excellent staffs that have high working ability and comprehensive high-quality.
At the same time, the new construction of Hixih community has been completed. The community is very clean decorated with many beautiful green trees, and all the new houses have fine decoration, free heating and hot water for 24 hours, to create a good living environment for the staff. Next, there will be more outstanding employees stay in Hixih community. Group hopes to reward cars, houses to excellent employee to stimulate all the staff work hard and promising lead to build Hixih Group and make contributions to the cause of world-class company.
