On Jan. 8th morning, Tongji University Committee Chairman Zhou Jialun and the other six people came to our Group for tour. Jining Municipal CPPCC Chairman Zhao Shuguo, Yanzhou Committee Secretary Tian Zhifeng and other leaders accompanied them, and Chairman of the Group Niu Yishun received them.
Accompanied by the chairman, Zhou Jialun and his party first visited the passenger car tire production workshop. During the visit process, he carefully understood the passenger car tire production process, and asked in detail about the product performance and related processes. Subsequently, the Chairman and Zhou Jialun and his party had a meeting on the fifth floor in a VIP meeting room. Chairman briefly introduced the development process of Hixih Group. He said, Hixih Group in a short span of two decades, from a village and township enterprise developing into a major global production base of rubber industry products, thanks to our ability to think globally, vertex position, grasp living opportunities, bold innovation, relying on scientific and technological progress, to achieve industrial upgrading. In particular, since 2003, we have cooperated with the world's top 500 enterprises Italian Pirelli Group and the United States Goodyear Engineered Products. And during the cooperation, they focus on technology introduction, digestion, absorption, re-innovation. That is exactly what we always adhere to "technical success, innovation pilot" concept, achieving Hixih Group today's performance. After the introduction, Zhou Jialun spoke highly of the unique development model of Hixih Group, congratulations to the achievements of the past 20 years. Then, Zhou Jialun introduced the mode of Tongji University, subject advantages and achievements in scientific research, hoping to strengthen the production, study and research cooperation with Hixih Group. Chairman said that Tongji University as China's famous institution of higher learning, it has the first-class academic talent, first-class scientific research institutions, first-class R & D level, so he was looking forward to the cooperation between the two sides. During this conversation, the Hixih Group Vice general manager Zhou Yong introduced automobile exhaust filter project preparations.
At the end of this tour, Tongji University Committee Chairman Zhou Jialun invited Chairman Niu at the right time to visit Tongji University. President readily accepted and expressed gratitude.
