The first Board Meeting of Aneng Company in 2010 was held

On April 12th, 2010, in 2010 the first Board Meeting of Shandong Aneng Conveyor Belt and Rubber Co., Ltd. was held in the VIP room at fifth floor. Chairman Niu Yishun, Executive Director Niu Teng, Veyance CEO Tim, and some leaders of Aneng and Veyance participated in this meeting.

 
Chairman said that, this was the first Board Meeting of Aneng Company, aimed to make our mind into the development clearing all obstacles for next year's IPO to make full preparation. He said we just put into operation 3.45M smart curing production line for the development of Aneng can be significant and it will greatly enhance our market competitiveness. In 2009, facing the financial crisis, Aneng completed various economic indicators, not only won the respect of Carlyle Group and Veyance Company, but also attached great importance by the local government, so that laid a solid foundation for our future.
 
In the meeting, all the participants fully discussed Aneng company's operation of the first season of 2010, market development, new product development, Aneng IPO, SAP project implementation, as well as high pressure / Industrial Hose projects these matters and identified the next step of the development plan of Aneng Company.
 
In the first season of this year, facing the significant increase in raw material prices and fierce market competition, Aneng has made outstanding business performance, sales revenue, and profits have exceeded its mission. At the next step, Aneng will build the high pressure / Industrial Hose projects, enhance sales of Goodyear brand conveyor belt, develop new technology and product to increase product sales and achieve market growth.
 
To achieve Aneng IPO was the essential event, and it was related to the company's long-term development. All the work of the company should focus on this overall situation to adhere to the principle of "small interests to maintain big interests, small mind to maintain a large development" to carry out the preparatory work to ensure the successful IPO in 2011.
 
In the meeting, people thought using SAP management system was good for improving management level and transparency to strengthen investors’ confidence. 96 of the global top 100 companies and more than 75% of Fortune 500 companies are using SAP. So, using SAP is necessary and will be done!
 
Participants discussed high pressure / industrial hose seriously, and they thought this kind of hose would have a good future. So, they all agreed with the principle of “infrastructure designed one shot, product and equipment launched in batches”. To purchase the most advanced equipment to ensure the project's leading advantage.
 
During this meeting, Tim and his team visited Hixih industrial park, and spoke highly of the internal world-class management, advanced technology and equipment of the Group.
 
The meeting identified a number of major issues to promote enterprise development and key initiatives to accelerate the construction of Aneng to develop into the world-class enterprise.
