On the occasion of the New year, to ensure the needy employees  a happy, peaceful spring festival, Zhou Yong the Group Vice President, Gong Zhenshuang the production director of Aneng, Yan Feng the office manager and other leaders, on behalf of the Group president Niu Yishun, extend regards and new year’s wish to the employee at their home in the afternoon of Jan. 26.
   
First, they go to the curing workshop employee Song Feng’s home. Last year, Song Feng’s family suffered a serial of misfortunes. He has to shoulder the entire burden. Now his family has big economic problem, and he often feels powerless. Group leaders asked him about his current work, life and health, and encouraged him to maintain an optimistic attitude towards troubles in life. The leaders showed that he could tell his difficulties to the company and the company would do the best to solve the problems. When Song Feng got the rice, oil and money, he was so excited and said that “thanks a million for your care! I will continue to work hard and contribute to the group development. "
   
When leaders arrived at Zhang Youbing’s home, he was not at home, but lay on a hospital bed. Not long ago, Zhang Youbing was diagnosed with malignant gliomas. On hearing the news, the company gave him money at the first time. And the company also brought goods to his family to resolve the practical difficulties in his life, making him braver and more confident to overcome the disease.   

Then, the leaders visited the other employees. They asked in detail about all aspects of the employee life situation and present difficulties, encouraging them to establish the courage to overcome difficulties and the confidence that the company would help them solve the real-life problems. Those workers and their families were so grateful for the group leaders’ care and help that they firmly grasp leaders’ hands saying that they would work harder and return the company with their practical action.
