On April 9th, Jining Public Security Bureau (PSB) held the activity of ‘Open Day’; they invited Yanzhou travel agency, companies concerning foreign affairs, overseas students and representatives of the public to visit the office building and introduced the work procedure to enhance communication. Some foreign engineers of Hixih group were invited to attend this activity.

Jining PSB Entry & Exit administration is the key service department of open up policy. It takes the responsibilities of entry and exit application, examination and approval, foreigner personnel management and so on. In recent years, according to the idea of ‘limited entry & exit with unlimited service’, the administration has changed the management idea continuously, improved service mood and perfected the convenience-for-people measures, and has won the titles of ‘National Youth Civilization’ and ‘National Civilized Window’ successively.

At the activity site, the staff of Entry & Exit administration introduced the related laws and regulations, policies and rules, explained the administration work situation and the ‘civilized window’ construction situation and answered the questions about entry and exit policy questioned by citizens. The visitors viewed the whole work procedure of entry and exit certification application, experienced the card reader, bar code, high speed scanistor, digital touch screen and other public security informatization construction achievements, learnt throughly about the new measures for efficient service such as pre-application online, ‘E service’ system, digital examination and approval, certification application across original location and so on. Leaders from Entry & Exit Administration communicated with Hixih foreign engineers about their work and lives status, listened their opinions and suggestions about administration’s work then invited the engineers to experience the whole work procedure from application to filling in a form to getting the certification.

With the rapid development of Hixhi group, the external exchange is more and more frequent and the number of foreign engineers is increasingly, especially after cooperated with more than 3 500-top global enterprises as Pirelli, Goodyear and Carlyle group. At the same time, our staff have more opportunities to go abroad to get train and do business exchange. So the entry and exit affairs are becoming more frequent.
