Successful delivery of the first hose order



Recently, a piece of good news came from high pressure hose plant, the first order of 70 thousand meters hose from abroad and domestic have successfully delivered. The new high pressure hose plant which just has been put into production successfully realized ‘a good start’.

Through device debugging, operator training and inspected under advanced production technology, Hixih high pressure hose plant put into production in May. On 7th, June, high pressure hose plant received the first order of 60 thousand meters and signed contracted with American customer. In less than one month, we received orders with a summary of 70 thousand meters long from both abroad and domestic.

Leaders highly valued this order. They held order control meeting to technology department, quality control department and workshop. Technology department should make detailed product technology request and quality control solution, and made detailed plan for all links from glue extrusion, steel knitting, cover extrusion, wrapping cloth, vulcanization, depoling and inspection of appearance and experiment and product packing and has responsibility person to guarantee high quality.

In production process, engineers from abroad and domestic cooperated together to train and instruct insufficient point during operation. In procedure of inner glue extrusion, quality stability of inner glue was closely connected with size stability, so engineers gave detailed explanation about parameter, operating steps and half finished quality status to operators. The procedure of steel knitting was the key link of knit hose because structure of knitting frame could decide inner quality of high pressure hose. As to problems of wire jumper, external diameter unequal, foreign engineers offered with detailed solutions and made a series of tests to make sure product quality. In process of vulcanization, they put half finished hose into vulcanizing boiler and trained operators about condition setting and operation process. They made every batch of hose step by step like this. Operators worked with high enthusiasm and tried to learn new technology to finish every step earnestly to guarantee quality stability and gain satisfaction from customers.

Glue was flowed from extruder at high speed, steel was flying on knitting machine, and golden knitting hoses were produced from our advanced equipment. Pieces of finished hose were packaged and put in storage. Workshops were busy and big smiles on their face when saw our products delivered to market.
