The sun was shinning brightly and sky was clear after rain. On September 8, 2011, under sound of firecrackers, the newly Hixih •Forbidden City reception center started to use, which showed Hixih’s large scale real estate program formally opened. Niu Teng, Executive director of Hixih and chairman of Hixih real estate attended opening ceremony and gave speech. Some senior administrations from Hixih group and Real Estate Company and some salesmen attended this ceremony.
In his speech, Mr. Niu introduced current macron situations, analyzed Hixih •Forbidden City’s future development and put forward request to next sale’s work. He pointed out that with the development of economy and improvement of life standard level, real estate was gained more and more attention and it was normal for some fluctuation. Hixih •Forbidden City’s reception center locates in the east of Hixih’s houses and west of west city moat road with total area of 1500 square meters.
