In the morning of October 27, 2011, teachers and students of Tsinghua University economic management college business administration senior course No.68 visited Hixih. Zhou Yong, Wang Weiqin and Bu Xiangbin, deputy General Managers of Hixih hosted and accompanied this team.

In meeting room on sixth floor, Wang Weiqin introduced Hixih’s development history, management idea, capital operation and development plan to Tsinghua teachers and students. He pointed out that, since 1989, Hixih has experienced 6 times’ leapfrog development and has cooperated with 3 500-top enterprises and formed a unique development way of enhancing power with the help of external force, gaining development with aid of stock rights. During that process, Hixih insisted on strategy of high end, high quality and high efficiency  and the management idea of “people first, human based development” and realized well, health and rapid development. At present, Hixih has been forming a good pattern of two wheels drive of industry operation and capital operation, competitive industries and new industry simultaneous development, economic and social benefits comprehensive enhancement. Hixih decided to use about 10 years to establish into a transnational group with sales revenue exceeded 100billion, bonus beyond 10billion, and with dozens of listed companies and leading industry development.

Then Professor Chen Zhangwu, former secretary of Party committee, from Tsinghua University economic management college represented all teachers and students of business administration senior course No. 68. He said, they were very pleased to visit Hixih, the well-ordered field management, ecological park environment, advanced management development mode and idea impressed them a lot. A company should not only insist on high speed, high quality development in fixed industries and stick to convention of modern production capability but also has unique characteristics in fields of advanced thinking and operation principal. Hixih was the best in these fields. After the meeting, Professor Chen Zhangwu represented Tsinghua University economic administration gave a treasure present of 100 anniversaries of establishing Tsinghua University to Hixih.

Before discussion, teachers and students from Tsinghua University visited high pressure hose plant, conveyor belt plant, steel wire rope plant, automobile exhaust filter plant and PCR plant. They were impressed by the grand industrial park, beautiful environment, and bright production plant and well ordered field management. They asked the situations of property technology, product procedure, marketing and technology innovation. They showed that, through that visiting, they had newly understanding to Hixih and were interested in work flows of conveyor belt and tires. They hoped they could have more opportunities to visit Hixih.
