In the afternoon of Dec. 8th, a delegation which composed of Deputies to the National People’s Congress of Shandong-based State Organs, provincial authorities, liberation army troops in Shandong province, Heze-based and Jining-based visited Hixih group accompanied by Zhai Honggang, member of Jining Standing Committee and Managing Vice Mayor, Zhang Yuhua, Yanzhou municipal party secretary, Dong Bo, Yanzhou Mayor, Chen Fang, director of Yanzhou Standing Committee of the NPC. Executive director Niu Teng of Hixih hosted the delegation.

Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress authorized Shandong province people’s congress standing committee to carry out this survey activity. Sun Wensheng, member of Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, deputy director member of agriculture and urban committee of the National People’s Congress, former director of Ministry of Land and Resources, Wen Fujiang, member of the National People’s Congress and director of Shandong People’s Congress Standing Committee, Lieutenant General Chen Zhangyuan, former deputy political commissar of Jinan military region, Major General Mu Zhenhe, former Political Commissar of Jinan military region logistics department, Major General Gui Hengshan, former deputy director of Jinan military region equipment department attended this activity. 

In PCR plant, Executive Director Niu Teng introduced Hixih’s development history, development idea, status of joint venture and cooperation and future plan to the delegation. He pointed out that Hixih was founded in 1989 and was the biggest and best conveyor belt and tire manufacture in the world. During her development, Hixih insisted the strategy of freeing mind, high end, high quality and high efficiency development and cooperated with 500-top enterprises such as Italy Pirelli, America Goodyear and Carlyle Group and had formed a unique development way of enhancing power with the help of external force, gaining development with aid of stock rights. What’s more, Hixih highly valued its social responsibility. Hixih applied new urban construction module of “unify of urban and enterprise”, developed low carbon environmental automobile exhaust filter, overtook Yanzhou 91 Hospital to relieve the problems of “seeing a doctor difficultly and expensively”. Next step, Hixih would closely around the grand objective of establishing 100billion enterprise and carry out independent innovation and two wheels drive of substantial economy and capital operation to make Hixih into a famous transnational group.

Then the delegation visited PCR plant. The capacious workshop, most advanced equipments, clean site and high efficient management impressed every deputy. They were interested in the production technology and product quality. When heard the tires ranked in the first level and exclusively offer products for Daimler, BMW, Ferrari, Bentley and Rolls-Royce, all deputies showed their highly appreciation to Hixih’s development strategy of high peak location and win-win partnership.

After visiting, deputies shook hands with Mr. Niu Teng and showed their highly appreciation to Hixih’s great achievements.
