Hixih held





In the evening of December 26th, Hixih "Top Ten Management" and "Top Ten Outstanding Staff" candidates’ debriefing meeting was held in Aneng production department training room. Executive Director Niu Teng of Hixih, senior and middle management, leaders and staff representatives of production systems and the candidates of 2011 "Top Ten Management" and "Top Ten employees'’ also attended the meeting, which was hosted by Hixih deputy general manager Zhou Yong.

Executive Director Niu Teng gave a speech before the meeting. He pointed out that with the rapid development of Hixih, there emerged a large numbers of outstanding staffs with high quality, good ability, down-to-earth and diligent work style from every post.  The annual year-end assessment activity was aim to select those workers then encourage them. An excellent staff should not have splendid work ability but comprehensive capability of working, writing and speaking. It was the very "Double Top Ten" debriefing meeting to appraise their overall ability.

Subsequently, the "Double Top Ten" candidates reported on their work in turn. Based on their duties and responsibilities in 2011 and centered on subjects of personnel management, energy saving, safety production, technological innovation and on-site management, the candidates conscientiously summed up successful experience and analyzed existing shortcomings. Besides, they specified next annual goals and work direction. Their excellent speech stirred rapturous applause from time to time.

After debriefing meeting, executive director Niu Teng made a summary speech. First of all he expressed his sincere thanks on behalf of Hixih to all employees, especially those who fighting in the front line of production. He said that the debriefing speech had achieved expected results which were the full description of Hixih having a galaxy of talents and large numbers of outstanding people come forward. Principle of that year's "Double Top Ten" assessment activity was "new faces, high education" with purpose of attracting, gathering, making full use of and motivating talents. The most basic factor of an enterprise’s development was talents and the most important factor was spiritual inheritance. Technology and pattern could be copied while only spirit kept going. He hoped the elected "Double Top Ten" workers and advanced workers could play exemplary role to heritage and promote Hixih's fine tradition and good entrepreneurial spirit.
