Recently, Hixih won the honorary title of "Shandong province advanced foreign trade enterprise" at the 10th anniversary commemoration of China joining WTO and the whole province business conference. Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee Director Jiang Yikang, deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Governor Jiang Daming sent a congratulatory letter to the meeting, vice provincial governor Cai Limin attended the meeting and gave a speech. The conference conveyed national business conference spirit and commended the advanced provincial commercial circulation enterprises and advanced foreign trade enterprises.

The selection provincial commercial circulation enterprises and advanced foreign trade enterprises was sponsored by the Commerce Department of Shandong Province. According to different types of enterprises, they used the indicator scale sequencing method and the setting index quantification scoring method respectively. Requirements of the foreign trade enterprises were as follows: the import and export amount during January and November should be above 250million dollar, operate in accordance with the law, honest and trustworthy; strong independent innovation ability; huge economic and social contribution; harmonious labor relations; no major accidents; the comprehensive management of social security reaches the standard, environmental protection reaches the standard, no fake, tax evasion, smuggling and other conditions. Through enterprises’ declaration, competent commerce departments’ recommendation and provincial commercial bureau’s comprehensive assessment, they finally selected 118 advanced trade circulation enterprises and 130 advanced foreign trade enterprises.

In 2011, domestic and international economy was complex and changeful, market ups and downs and Chinese economic growth was slowed down. In face of so complex and severe economic situation, Hixih adhered to high-end, high quality and high efficient development strategy; insisted on combination and innovation development, annual sales revenue exceeded 22.6billion RMB, year growth exceeded more than 50%. In foreign trade work, Hixih adhered to the development philosophy of "global vision and vertex position", actively developed high-tech products, seized the commanding point of global industry, and made full use of the transnational enterprise’s global sales network to carry out market operation and allocation; implemented famous brand strategy energetically to promote foreign trade. Through the above measures, the annual import and export business of Hixih in 2011 had broken through 600million dollar and grown more considerably than last year the corresponding period and made a positive contribution to foreign trade of Shandong province.

It was the third time for Hixih to win the provincial honorable title in foreign trade after the " top 100 enterprises in foreign trade" in 2009 and the" advanced enterprises of foreign trade and economic cooperation" in 2010.
