Recently, Jining municipal government has released the tenth batch of the municipal enterprise technical center list, Hixih Pirelli technology center was on it.

Enterprise technology center is the comprehensive institution for enterprises to formulate and implement the long-term development strategy, integrate inner and outside resources and unified manage the technology innovation activities; also is the core of enterprise technology innovation system and the main technical support of enterprise technological progress and technological innovation. Hixih always attaches great attention to the construction of enterprise technical center. Since Pirelli technology center established, Hixih has always increased capital investment towards the centre and introduced advanced experimental equipments and high-end R & D personnel and now the technical center has perfect facilities, advanced equipment, complete functions and scientific management. Main equipments of Pirelli technology center were imported from abroad and has reached the world advanced level and could carry out research and develop of all high-end products.  There are many world first class engineers from Italy, Brazil and other countries and a large number of PhDs and masters from well-known domestic institutions, they have advanced concepts, leading technology and outstanding innovation capacity, with their efforts, Hixih's technology development level would always standd in the forefront of the same industry in the world. They have developed green tire, run-flat tire, winter tire, SUV tire, P Zero, P6, P7, Scorpion and other top kinds of tires successively, and Pirelli is the only enterprise with the capable of producing run-flat tire and top grade motorcycle radial tire. Technology center also has a strong foreign technical support, and could realize synchronization docking with Italy's Pirelli HQ R & D center, and has realized resources, information and technology sharing.

Jining municipal enterprise technology center is the higher level research and develop institution and technology management which approved by Jining municipal government. Related departments of Jining municipal government will give corresponding financial support to the technical innovation projects with high technical innovation ability and significant innovation performance to encourage and guide those enterprises constantly improve the ability of independent innovation.
