In the evening of Sept.27th, the 4th “Confucius Friendship Award” price giving ceremony was held in Qufu Xingtan theatre. Hixih Pirelli Tire Co., Ltd General Manager Gregorio Borgo had the honor to get that award. There were 8 foreign experts from Italy, USA and other countries received the honor on the ceremony.

Borgo entered into Pirelli Milan headquarter in 1992, in the past 20 years, he accumulated rich work experience in fields of marketing sales, enterprise management and so on. Borgo joined in Hixih group in 2011. Before that, Borgo also engaged in the coordination work of founding Pirelli China Company, has experience in the Asian-Pacific region transcultural operation and management. After that, Borgo practiced his rich management experience into actual work, established perfect company organization, optimized management system, has improved company’s management level and gained highly appreciation of Hixih group. He valued company culture development and transculture communication, took the opportunities of cooperation with local academies and new product introduction meeting to promote communication of technology and culture. At the same time, with his rich experience of marketing sale and international communication, he gave great impetus to the communication and cooperation between Hixih and companies of domestic and abroad. Thus increased company’s economic benefit, also promoted Jining’s economic development.

Confucius Friendship Award is the highest honorary award which was set on June, 2006 by Jining Government in order to award the foreign experts who made special contributions to Jining economic construction and social development, it holds award ceremony every twice years. At present, Cattaneo, Dave Beaty, Sala Davide, Burger from Hixih group have received that honor.
