On November 8th, the remarkable 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party was held ceremoniously in Beijing. Hixih Group Party committee organized all Party members to watch the opening ceremony in conference room on 6th floor and listen to President Hu Jintao’s work report which made on behalf of the Seventeenth Central Committee. Hixih Chairman Niu Teng, Secretaries of all other branches and all Party members watched the opening event together.

Chairman Niu Teng offered opening speech. He points out that the 18th National Congress was a very important one during the process of construction of overall well-off society, deepening reform and opening up, and speeding up the transformation of economic development, would point out the right direction and offer blueprint for China’s future 5 to10 years of economic and social development. In recent years, Hixih group always attaches great importance to enterprise’s Party construction and has already gained remarkable successes in the process of rapid development, Party organization was ceaselessly perfected and Party member expands continuously, the battle fort effect of Party organizations and exemplary role of Party members were increasingly apparent. “This year, Hixih Party branch was upgraded to the Hixih Party Committee approved by Party committee of the higher level. Facing the complex and rigorous domestic and international economic situation, Hixih group adheres to high end, high quality and high efficiency development, insists on powerful combination, scientific and innovation development, has achieved excellent performance, from January to October, Hixih’s sales revenue reaches to 25.7 billion yuan, profit tax 1.3 billion yuan.” He said. He hoped that all Party members would study seriously about General Secretary Hu Jintao's important report, based on the actual situation and their own posts to creativity carry out work, to tune the fundamental policy and policy measure into the powerful motive force and good environment of promoting enterprise’s span development and make new and greater contributions to enterprise’s development.

Subsequently, all Party members watched the grand occasion of 18th National Congress and listened General Secretary Hu Jintao’s important report. The process carried out orderly, all participants concentrated their attention on the conference, many comrades made records while listening and were moved and inspired by the report from time to time. The majority of Party members showed that General Secretary Hu’s report was the programmatic document of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, reflected the whole Party and the people's common will and desire, encouraged and inspired people a lot.
