In the morning of October 17th, standing committee of Jining municipal Party committee, executive vice Mayor Liu Zhonghui, standing committee, vice Mayor Zhou Hong led  the participants of JIning scientific development observation tour visited Hixih. Yanzhou municipal Party committee secretary Zhang Yuhua, Mayor Dong Bo, Hixih Party secretary Niu Yishun and others accompanied the visit.

Hixih Party secretary Niu Yishun accompanied the participants visited the liquefied natural gas(LNG) project, participants learned the development situation in the near future and overall operation in detail, and carefully visited LNG project抯 production area  and central control room. During the visiting, the participants highly appreciated Hixih抯 high end, high quality, high efficiency development, affirmed Hixih抯 diversified operation, involving in new energy field,  and instantly enlarging scale.

As a clean, efficient, safe, convenient high quality energy, LNG is a newly arisen industry supported by the state. The project total investment is 500 million yuan, design production capacity is 8 million m ?/d, constructed production plant, utilities and auxiliary facilities, and the key equipments are imported from abroad. At present the project has completed the main construction and equipment installation, currently is debugging production. Once constructed, it will greatly enhance the West-East natural gas transmission Jining sub transmission station抯 emergency gas peak shaving capacity, adequate securing stable supplies of natural gas in Jining and southwest area, will has an very important role on optimizing the energy structure, promoting energy-saving emission reduction, promoting sound and fast economic and social development. After completion of the project, the sales income will newly increase 10billion yuan, profits and taxes will newly increase 2billion yuan, the project will has good economic and social benefits.
