In the morning of January 14th, Aneng held the fourth quarter innovation awards and performance appraisal summary congress in the production department conference room, to reward the staff who had offered reasonable suggestions about improving product quality, performance and efficiency and cost saving, and to summarize the performance appraisal system which has been used for nearly a year. General Manager Qi Song, leaders of relevant departments and workshop and staff representatives attended the meeting.
Qi Song pointed out in his speech, the innovation incentive activity has significant effect to work improvement and brand influence expanding, he congratulated the winners, and encouraged them to give more suggestions. He said, performance appraisal has made considerable development in the past year, greatly improved staff's enthusiasm and creativity, that system would be more quantitative, more in-depth and become a persistent work in the new year.
Since the implementation of innovation incentive activity, staff can actively participate in the company management, through the adoption of rationalization the proposals, enterprise potential was deeply excavated, efficiency improved and enterprise development promoted. The winners said they would take the innovation activity as a platform, and actively play their own initiative, strive to make more value for the company's proposal. Since the implementation of activities, staffs have offered 803 reasonable proposals, and 654 of them were settled.
The performance appraisal is a comprehensive consideration measure of employees, with purpose of improving staff's initiative and creativity. Those activities are carried out with an aim to further excavate enterprise’s resources and development potential to lay a solid foundation for the enterprise’s sustainable development.
