In the morning of June 17th, the national energy assessment team composed of National Energy Bureau, national energy conservation center, Chinese Standardization Research Institute and Shandong energy supervision bureau came to Hixih to investigate 2013 energy-saving target completion under the leadership of Chen Tao, deputy director of National Energy Bureau market supervision department. Shandong Economic and Information Technology Commission deputy director Wang Xin, standing committee of Jining Municipal Committee, vice Mayor Zhou Hong, Yanzhou Mayor Dong Bo accompanied the examination.
In the VIP conference room on fifth floor, group deputy general manager Wang Xiaodong reported the specific measures, running condition, achievements and the effectiveness of 2013 annual energy-saving target. He said, since founded 20 years ago, Hixih always adheres to the development concept of high-end, high quality, high efficiency, attaches great importance to energy-saving emission reduction, committed to building a non-polluting, zero emission, and green enterprise. By strengthening the research and development and application of energy saving new technology, speeding up the elimination of high energy consumption and backward technology and equipment, adjusting product, process and energy consumption structure, Hixih builds a resource conservation, reduce consumption, clean production and sustainable development circular economy industrial chain, obtains double bumper harvest of economic benefits and social benefits.
Chen Tao, deputy director of National Energy Bureau market supervision department fully affirmed Hixih's energy-saving emission reduction work, gave a high evaluation to the construction of high standard ecological industrial park. Evaluation group made a consensus that Hixih group’s energy-saving emission reduction work input, management and innovation, both promoted Hixih’s intensive and healthy development, and made contributions to energy-saving and society, has achieved the task of energy-saving emission reduction of national and provincial requirements, finally they expressed satisfaction with the results of performance appraisal.
Subsequently the evaluation group visited Hixih PCR plant and TBR plant.
