In the morning of March 13th, Ma Pingchang, Secretary of Jining Municipal Party Committee, Director of Jining Standing Committee of People's Congress, and Zhou Hong, Municipal Committee, vice mayor visited Hixih group, accompanied by Zhang Yuhua, Secretary of Party committee of Yanzhou district, and Dong Bo, vice secretary and governor of Yanzhou district. On the project site of Tongli Tire, Hixih Party Secretary Niu Yishun introduced the production operations and construction of Hixih group. Niu Teng, Chairman of Hixih Group, introduced product research & development, brand planning and marketing operations of "Lutong" tire.  In accordance with the highest international standards of construction, Tongli Tire project was commenced in March 2014, and all the key equipments were imported from abroad. "Lutong" brand, founded in 2003 by Hixih Group, will be used continuously . And the radial truck tire will be more suitable to mid to high end of Chinese market. Currently, the construction has been completed, and equipments are being installed. At the same time, a professional marketing team has been set up, we developed a perfect market development program and carried out market research, brand planning and other related work. After it is put into operation, we will work closely with our dealers to seize the market quickly with safe, high-quality, durable products. “Lutong” will be the first well-known Chinese tire brand with both international brand background and local technical strength.
