In the morning of April 24th, Hixih Group and Yanzhou Hospital Area of Affiliated hospital of Jining Medical University held first aid training activities together. Workshops and departments leaders, shift and group leaders, security officers and representatives of the employees participated in the training. Through training, trainees learned the first aid knowledge, mastered basic aid skills. The company really attach great importance to the safety and health of staff.
In the training process, Emergency Medicine physician of Yanzhou Hospital Area of Affiliated hospital of Jining Medical University, explained the professional theoretical knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, trauma and other emergency aid. Pre-hospital emergency medical personnels demonstrated CPR process with Medical Patient Simulator. According to the commentary and guidance of medical staff, trainees performed CPR training in accordance with the process of assessment of the scene, emergency call, chest compressions, airway open with lifting head and chin, artificial respiration and other emergency procedures. With combination of theory and practice, trainees grasp the first aid methods more intuitively.
Through the training,the trainees know the importance of pre-hospital aid, promote the emergency response and first aid capabilities of public health emergency events.  The training enable them to rescue for themselves, families, friends and community groups at the first time to extremely prevent and mitigate of accidents, injury caused by illness. It is such a good way for the trainees to play a positive role for the safe production and healthy living in the future.
