With the first batch of 300 Skoda in place, in the morning of July 16th, Hixih started to issue new cars to its eligible staff. The workers were very happy to drive their new cars away.
Hixih issues cars to over 10-year career workers and engineers and outstanding employees that make prominent contributions to Hixih since last year. Over 1000 cars has been issued last year, this year, the first batch of 300 cars are in place and other batches are going to be issued in succession. Hixih insists on company philosophy of synchronous progress of both enterprise and employee and people oriented, tries every way to improve employees treatment. From now on, Hixih would offer more benefits to employees to increase their happiness index and enjoy bonus.
Hixih deputy general manager Zhou Yong extended congratulations to those staff just before the activity. The employees were expressed heartfelt thanks for their positive contribution and were told knowledge about vehicle maintenance, insurance, safety and civilization driving and so on.   
The workers were very happy to get new cars, they were very grateful to Hixihs concern. Their commuting and daily travelling become more convenient because of those new cars. They would worker harder and harder to make new contributions to Hixih in the future.
