The rubber-moulding match of the 4th Yanzhou occupational skill megagame was successfully held in the PCR plant in the morning of 18th December. Member of Yanzhou district standing committee, deputy district head Qiu Peiyou also attended activity there, vice general manager Zhou Yong accompanied them.
This contest was co-held by Yanzhou Federation of Trade Unions and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The items and marking criterion were made toward the demand of senior workers of “National standard of occupational skill” and rubber-moulding. The competitors were divided into groups and the final ranking was decided by the comprehensive results of both written and skill practice.  There were 6 groups from PCR Plant, motor tire plant and other plants. Competitors operated according to procedures of material preparation, main engine semi-finished product laminating, auxiliary engine laminating, tire rough recombination, weighing, detection and so on. After the intense contend, Mao Wanqiu and Xie Fei from first stage of PCR plant tied for first place.

Through this contest, the competitors showed their solid theoretical foundation, excellent both operation and practice skills, what’s more, staff could communicate with and learn from each other through this contest.
