Niu Teng, the chairman of board of Hixih Group, has preached the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress to the party committee members of the Group Company and party members of Tongli Tyre Co., Ltd in the morning of 30th November 2017.
During the meeting, Niu Teng has given the instruction of his attendance to the 12TH National Congress of ACFIC and transmitted the spirit of congratulations made by Prime Minister Li Keqiang on behalf of Party Central Committee and the State Council. Niu Teng also gave a detailed instruction of the spirit of 19th National Congress based on the actual developing situation of our company. He said the 19th CPC National Congress had made two historical contributions. Firstly，it declared socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era. The Chinese economy has changed from rapid development towards high-quality development. The principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved to the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s sever-growing needs for a better life. These has pointed the way for future development. Secondly, the Congress had confirmed Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guiding ideology of the party which has provided the theoretical guidance for China to start the new journey and write the new chapter. 
Niu Teng required the whole group company to learn carefully for better understanding of the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress. The members of the party need to further enhance the political conviction， maintain a high degree of unity with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core and subject to the arrangements of the party committee of the group company. The members of the party are required to play an exemplary role, carry forward the “Hixih Spirit” and devote ourselves to the development of our group company.
Niu Teng emphasized that to implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and 12th National Congress of ACFIC, the main task for us is to make our group company in good operation and rapid development with good control of the risks which means the best implementation of the Congress spirit.  The 19th National Congress of CPC and 12th National Congress of ACFIC clearly stated that the government will support the healthy development of non-public economy. We need to seize the opportunities brought by China’s entrance into the new era and the change of the principal contradiction facing Chinese society and stick on the high-end, high-quality and high-efficient development. We will keep on the strategy of strong union and innovative development of real economy; improve the “double independent” construction of self-owned brand and independent innovation. We will devote ourselves to building the world-famous brand in tyre industry, fight for the good reputation of Shandong Tyre and make greater contributions to meet people’s sever-growing needs for a better life.
