The signature ceremony between Hixih Group and Zhejiang Fortune Energy Co.,ltd was held in the morning of 6th December 2017. During the ceremony, the two companies declared the establishment of Jining Huaxi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd which is jointly incorporated by both companies. We will build the new energy technology industry demonstration base and launch the 120MW Rooftop PV Power Generation Project which has the biggest assembly area and installed capacity in China. We have invested around 1 billion RMB on the 120MW rooftop PV power generation project with the first phase investment amount around 660 million RMB. We have made good use of the 1.2 million ㎡ plant area and installed 370 thousand 325Wp polysilicon components with the installed capacity of 120NWp and full power line communication. After the complete of the project, it can supply the clean energy which can save 45000 tons of coal annually and decrease the discharge of carbon dioxide up to 1500 tons and discharge of sulfur dioxide around 1500 tons. We will play the exemplary role in improving the local energy construction, saving energy and preventing pollution and promoting ecological civilization construction.
Mr Niu Yishun, the the secretary of the party committee of the Group company, has made a speech. Since the foundation of Hixih Group, we have been sticking on high-quality, high-end and high-efficiency development. In the next step, Hixih Group will continue implementing openness and innovation-driven, project-promoting strategy and invest another 6 billion on a series of high-end projects such as air spring, automatic leveling System, rubber metal conjunction piece, steel fiber anti-collapse net, high-strength fencing on the basis of 6 billion self-owned brand tyre project in 2017.  We expect to use up the capacity of the 120MW rooftop PV power generation project in the next three years to implement the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress and make greater contributions to establish Ecological civilization and promote the green development.
