Li Qun, the member of the standing committee and vice governor of Shandong Province, has visited Hixih Group for investigation in the afternoon of 11th December. Zhaoqiang, the administrative vice minister of United Front Department under Provincial CPC Committee, Fu Mingxian ,Vice Secretary Municipal Committee of the CPC and mayor of Jining City, Wang Hongwei,  Secretary  of Municipal Committee of the CPC of Yanzhou district, Wang Xiao, mayor of Yanzhou District has accompanied. Niu Yishun, the Secretary of the party committee of Hixih Group, Niu Teng, the chairman of Hixih Group, have entertained the guests.
Liqun has visited the construction site of Shenzhou Tyre project and Roadone Tyre factory and listened to the instructions of the company development, international cooperation, project establishment, technical innovation and so on. He pointed out Hixih Group has been promoting the construction of self-owned brand and independent innovation on the basis of open &leading, strong union strategy and has blazed  a successful trail for internal development through external force. He hope Hixih Group can stick on innovative, open and high-quality development and take the lead in the supply-side contractual reform and new and old kinetic energy conversion.
Niu Tneg, the chairman of board of Hixih Group, has introduced the company to Liqun at the Roadone Tyre factory. In the last 30 years since established, Hixih Group has been sticking on steady development of real economy to become a simple enterprise free from burdens to the society. At present, we have established the joint ventures with the world leading enterprises for the three main products of the group company. Based on the rapid development of real economy, we are also involved in the investment and industries which aim to finance the real economy in terms of investment and repay to society in terms of responsibility. The Chinese economy has entered into the phase of high-quality development from rapid development which will bring great opportunities for us. We will further promote the development of our self-owned Roadone tyre to predominate in high and mid-grade domestic market shares and keep fighting for the “Hixih dream” to become the world leading tyre brand.
During the visit, Liqun has got the detailed information about the facilities, technology, product properties, and market development of Roadone tyre. After knowing that Roadone tyre had ranked in top three of truck tyre sales in China after one year only entering into the market, Liqun has given full appreciation upon our development strategy to seize the market by high-quality and high cost performance products. He hoped the group company can keep on strengthening market research and technical innovation to develop high performance products to meet the demands of the customers. 
Liqun has given high appraise to the development concept and mode of the group company after the visit. He said our high-end high-efficient and high- quality development concept meet the requirement of our country after entering into the new era and changing the Social Principal Contradiction. He hoped Hixih group can seize the opportunity in the new era, fight for the world leading position and make greater contributions to the innovative continuous and leading development of Shandong Province.
