----Look back HIXIH Group 20 years’ development (2)

In short 20 years, HIXIH Group has become the large enterprise group of a science and technology research and development, production and operation of automobile tires and conveyor belts mainly for industrial use, set electricity, bio-engineering, international trade, and capital operation in one. Group has 6 billion yuan in fixed assets, more than 5,000 employees, 7 subsidiaries under of which two are the world's top 500 enterprises with a joint venture. 2008, Group sales revenue exceeded 8 billion, one billion yuan in profits and taxes. It is the world's major production base of rubber industry.

So what’s the key for HIXIH?
 
Key 1: Speed
 
Entering the Chinese market was a very important step in the global strategy for Pirelli. They spent three years searching for a Chinese partner, before finally meeting Chairman Niu of Hixih in 2005. Once contact was made, it took only 3 short months for Pirelli to sign the agreement with Hixih Group.
 
Key 2: Height
 
It was quickly agreed that we would make 1.2 million sets of heavy-duty radial tires, and 10 million sets of new high-performance car tires. Since that time, sales have gone very well. The first 4 million sets were completed in 2007, and the remaining 6 million sets will soon be completed. Once completed, we will have expanded our share of the Chinese market, and will have set the stage for further growth.
 
Key 3: Courage
 
Chairman Niu is a man possessed of wide vision and a great mind.  Time and again, he has demonstrated the courage, and the steadfast determination, to make the company ever bigger and ever stronger.  He has shown little concern for the size of his own equity, instead focusing on the future of the enterprise and opportunities for growth. This moves all of us. His profound knowledge of the Chinese market has led everyone to pursue the same goal. As a result, all of us, including Pirelli, have been blessed with development in the Chinese market.
 
Key 4: Opportunity
 
At a time of very aggressive competition in the conveyor belt market, Hixih has demonstrated the ability to control costs and increase profitability. In the less two years of our cooperation, Hixih has made incredible strides in the development of new markets and new technology. Naturally the credit for this has to go to Mr. Niu, for his perseverance, leadership skills and his courage without parallel.
The achievements of Hixih in 20 short years are truly remarkable. Building upon such a foundation, the potential for future growth is almost unlimited. Without a doubt, Chairman Niu and Hixih Group will realize even greater achievements in the next 10 years.
