[Lead] Hixih became a large international enterprise from a small factory, sales revenue exceed 10,000,000,000 Yuan from annual production 100,000Yuan within 20 years. There were ups and downs during the past 20 years, the history of Hixih group is an epitome of modernization construction and opened up of Yanzhou. [Anchor] now I am in a workshop of Hixih group Aneng Conveyor belt & rubber Co., Ltd, the annual production of this workshop achieved 3,000,000,000 Yuan. Hixih group grows up on the base of produce flame resistance belt. Therefore, the annual production of one workshop was equivalent to 30,000 times of the turnover of the whole company.
[Gong Zhenshuang, production manager] there was only flame resistant conveyor belt originally, now we have lots of high-end products. We have new press machine with advanced technology this year.
With the 20 years’ rapid development, Hixih Group has become the large enterprise group of a science and technology research and development, production and operation of automobile tires and conveyor belts mainly for industrial use, set electricity, bio-engineering, international trade, capital operation in one. There were ups and downs on the road of development, most important, this is the road of success. The customer refused our products 20years ago, but today, Hixih products play key role in the conveyor industry in China.

Hixih group insist on the idea of technology determines the market, management creates advantage.
